Out-of-date frames are returned to the manufacturer to be resold elsewhere. We do not purchase mass quantities of frames “directly from manufacturers,” only to be saddled with old designs. Nor do we re-label existing designs to upsell to unwary consumers.
Our opticianry team is second to none in the Puget Sound region. Each of our opticians is certified by the American Board of Opticianry, and has received their Licensed Dispensing Optician certificate in Washington State. This assures you of professional competency in optical product knowledge and service, from expert frame selection to appropriate lens considerations.
