Our Story
 Broadway Vision Source was established by Dr. Matsunami in 1983, and originally located on Broadway across from the iconic Dick’s Drive-In in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Foreseeing demolition of the building that we were in to make way for Sound Transit’s Underground Light rail Station on Broadway, we relocated to our present location on East Pike St. in 1999.
Dr’s. Matsunami and Nakatsu are both natives of Hawaii who have long since become enveloped in the diversity and excitement of Seattle, yet embrace the “aloha spirit” of caring, and giving back to our community. We are humbled by the loyalty of our patients, and share mutual respect of our colleagues in and around the Seattle area. We are very fortunate to have a cast of caring staff members who are similarly dedicated to surpassing your expectations of excellence eyecare from us.
